Couples Pregnancy Yoga Workshop
A unique, two-hour workshop for expectant couples focusing on ways to
prepare for the birth of your baby using yoga and labor support
techniques. Instructor We guide you through a practice of gentle yoga
postures, massage to increase the relaxation response, meditation and
breath work to aid in the labor process. Leave feeling more connected,
aware and confident in pregnancy, labour and birth. Handouts and
refreshments included - A great date for expectant parents! No previous yoga experience necessary; limited to four couples.
Relaxation/Meditation for Couples
Join us for an evening of calm and wellness in this relaxation
workshop event. As a couple you will learn the art of healing thai
massage, enjoy guided meditations and learn the art of aromatherapy.
All uniquely integrated to nurture wellness of body, mind and spirit.
Your evening will end with a wonderful dessert and refreshments. No experience is required, but you should be comfortable being on the
floor (chairs will be provided too). Wear loose, comfortable clothing
and bring a blanket and pillow.
Thai Yoga Partner Massage
It is a massage, it is yoga, it is stretching, it is beyond words!
Join us in a fun and relaxing guided journey through giving and
receiving that consists of assisted yoga stretching and traditional
Thai massage techniques combined to open and stimulate the “sen” lines
or energy meridians, allowing the body to restore its own natural
balance and health. Explore different Thai Yoga Massage techniques for
partners and learn a nice flowing massage that you can take home and
work on together! Your evening will end with a wonderful dessert and
refreshments. No experience is required, but you should be comfortable
being on the floor. Wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring a
blanket and pillow.
Partner Yoga
This heart felt workshop will take you through a series of stretches,
postures, and breathing techniques, carefully designed to be enjoyable
for couples of all levels, from beginner to advanced practitioners.
Have fun together learning yoga poses to balance and counterbalance,
developing strength and flexibility, and then end your evening with a
special dessert and refreshments. For all duos (partners, friends,
yoga buddies, and loved ones).
