Wendy Brody is a full service wellness specialist with certifications that include:
• Yoga Teacher (Discovery/Kripalu) • Mentor/Facilitator for Teacher Training in Discovery Yoga
• Pregnancy Yoga • Meditation
• Reiki Level I, Level II • Pilates (Mat/Reformer)
• Thai Massage • Thai Herbal Compress Massage
• Thai Ayurvedic Medincinal Medicine • Herbal Studies
• Zumba • Aromatherapy
With a BA in Marketing Management/Business Administration and a Minor in Dance, she worked for 15 years in corporate management but decided in 2001 to focus on wellness and began her specialty training. She continues to use her dance background as Choreographer for the JCA Theatre of Youth in Jacksonville.
She has developed many innovative classes, workshops and events to promote wellness, including chair yoga classes for neurological patients with disorders and diseases. Some of her clients have included very high profile national celebrities, sports teams and entertainers.
