Face Yoga
The yoga exercises themselves foster a sense of well-being that helps inner beauty shine out! This class is a combination of traditional yoga postures along with face-specific exercises.  In each class you will learn these exercises along with presser point techniques and breathing exercises that will help to tone and strengthen the muscles of the face. This is a natural way to prevent and help to reverse the signs of aging, improve circulation and muscle tone.  

Yoga for your Feet!
Particularly effective for people dealing with Plantar Fascia as the class is both non-weight bearing and specific.  This series will work systematically & precisely on the joints and their associated muscles, tendons, and ligaments.  The entire musculature of the feet and ankles are strengthened.
   


Power Vinyasa Yoga
This class is a dynamic workout for your mind, body, and spirit!  Power Vinyasa Yoga focuses on a more physical series of vinyasa (flow) asanas (posture) designed to awaken and build a powerful level of energy and heat within the body.  The practice will flow through a cycle of postures to build strength and flexibility, improve your ability to focus, release tension, increase stamina, tone your body and remove toxins through sweat.  This is an energetic class and therefore requires a reasonable level of cardiovascular stamina, flexibility, and physical strength.


Little Yogis - Yoga for Toddlers

Sports Yoga for Kids
Whether you play sports or if your sport is yoga, you will have fun and feel great with this new yoga class for kids!  Kids will learn focusing skills while increasing their flexibility, balance, strength, coordination and agility.  There will be special sport theme classes and kids will learn how to release stress in the body and mind so the body has more freedom to perform at its best!
